    Chain(s): ch(s): Yarn over, pull through

    Half Treble Crochet(s): htr(s):  Yarn over, insert into stitch, yarn over, pull up a loop, you will have three loops on the hook. Yarn over, pull through all three loop.

    WSF: Wrong side facing

    RSF: Right side facing

    Foundation: work in any amount of stitches to your desired width + 2

    Row 1: Htr in 3rd ch from hook and across. Turn

    Row 2 (WSF): Ch 2, htr in each st working into 3rd post facing you (this is diagonal the post which can be found just under the top front and back loops it’s sometimes known as the back bar). Turn

    Row 3 (RSF): Ch 2, htr in each st working into 3rd post facing away from you. Turn

    Repeat or 2 and 3 until you reach your desired height
