Learn how to crochet the Sprig Stitch with my free step-by-step pattern and video tutorial in both right and left-handed versions. The sprig stitch is a beautiful, lightweight crochet stitch that creates a delicate and airy texture, making it perfect for scarves, shawls, blankets, and even summer garments. This stitch forms a subtle diagonal pattern with small “sprigs” or loops that give it a lacy, decorative effect.

About the Stitch
This sprig stitch is suitable for all skill levels, if you know how to Treble crochet (US Double crochet) then you will easily be able to replicate this. You can use any weight yarn with a corresponding hook size.
