Learn how to crochet a beautiful modern autumn crochet wreath. In this post, you will find all the pattern elements you need plus a video tutorial on how to assemble your wreath.
This modern crochet has been created with a selection of flower patterns, crochet leaves and pumpkins attached to a gold hoop and accessorised with dried flowers for that ultimate autumn feel! You can find the free patterns below however the printable PDF shows you an adaptation of one of the flower patterns to create a cute sunflower shape.
You can personalise your crochet wreath to suit your home decor style which is one of the reasons I love this pattern bundle so much. I’ll show you a couple of styles I created below.
