Pattern Notes
- Written in UK terms but switchable to US terms below.
- Skill Level: Intermediate
- Stitch Mulitple: 1 +1
- Adapt your loop size by holding your tension finger in different positions. Closer to the work for a smaller loop and further away for a bigger loop.
- To adapt the density of the stitches you change the amount of rows in-between loop stitch or change the stitch in-between the loop stitches for example: instead of a double crochet, work a treble crochet row OR you could work 3 rows of double crochet in-between the loop stitch rows.
- Please note that I do say I am using a 4.5mm hook in the video, however it is a 4mm

Terms and Abbreviations
Chain (ch): Yarn over, pull through one loop on hook
Slip Stitch(s): ss(s): Insert hook, yarn over, pull through stitch and loop on hook.
Double Crochet(s) dc(s): Insert hook into stitch, yarn over, pull up a loop, you will have two loops on the hook. Yarn over, pull through remaining two loops.
Special Stitches
Loop Stitch (LS): Insert hook into stitch, wrap yarn around index finger and keep finger at desired distance from crochet (this will determine size of loop). Bring hook over the top strand of loop around finger, then catch the bottom strand of the loop to yarn over, pull through (2 loops on hook), carefully slip loop off finger and pinch it with middle finger to hold it in place. Pick up working yarn with hook (being careful not to pull on the loop made), pull through both loops on hook to complete loop.
Left-handed instructions for Loop Stitch:
Insert hook into stitch, wrap yarn around index finger and keep finger at the desired length for the loop. Wrap hook anti-clockwise around the yarn (yarn under) laying in front of the index finger and then grab the yarn laying behind the index finger. Pull yarn through stitch (2 loops on hook). Yarn over, pull through remaining loops. Remove finger from loop.
